Sacha A. Comrie
Sacha Comrie lets her clients keep her up at night, and she doesn’t mind one bit. She takes a personal stake in her clients’ successes, ensuring VIP service – day or night – to achieve the best possible results for her clientele. Ms. Comrie has a successful Law and Real Estate practice where she handles complex residential and commercial transactions for buyers, sellers and private lenders. This includes short-sales, bank sales, refinancing, and landlord-tenant disputes. She represents several residential cooperative boards on real estate and litigation matters. Ms. Comrie also focuses her practice on wills, trusts and estates. Additionally, Ms. Comrie has a commercial litigation and compliance practice, particularly as it relates to MWBEs.
Ms. Comrie clerked for the Hon. Novalyn L. Winfield in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Additionally, she is on the board of directors of and is general counsel for Future Leaders of Jamaica, Inc., a non-profit organization which provides scholarships and school supplies for underprivileged children in Jamaica. Since 2013, the organization has provided over JA$2 million in scholarships and school supplies valued over JA$700,000.00 to students in Jamaica. This level of investment has helped to transform a number of lives in Jamaica.
